Q & A

Let's answer those tough questions!

When should I hire a coordinator?

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator to help walk you through the entire wedding process, as soon as you are ready to get serious about planning, I would get in touch! For day of coordinating, I would suggest at least a month before your big day, but really, anytime you realize you want to hire one, I'd look into getting it booked!

Do I need a wedding planner if there is a coordinator at my venue?

Venue coordinators are seriously amazing. They know the in's and out's of the venue, what they can and cannot accommodate, and will handle all the venue side of your wedding. The difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner is who the main focus is. For a venue coordinator, they are going to be focused on the venue. Me, the wedding planner, is completely focused on you and advocating for you every step of the way. I won't be leaving after the cake is cut because I am there to make sure that every detail you've thought of is completed. From the start of your planning process to the end of your wedding day, making sure the clean up goes well, your checks are handed to the vendors, and your gifts are headed where they are supposed to be. Wedding planners and coordinators will work together to make your day so special but ultimately they have different jobs!

What's the cost of either plan?

Day of Coordinating starts at $1,500 and Beginning to End Coordinating starts at $2,700. Connect with me to get a custom quote.

Can you work within my budget?

Obviously each budget is different but whether a $5,000 or $40,000 budget, the main goal is the same, to create a party that celebrates where you've been and where you're going. I love getting creative on how to get the most out of your budget so that your dream wedding becomes a reality. There's also a lot of ways to create a beautiful wedding without the traditional expenses. We'll take a look at your budget and see what fits and how to make your wedding personalized!

How far will you
travel?

Anywhere within an hour of Concord, NH is included with your contract. Anything outside of an hour, mileage and possible overnight accommodations will be required. But I'm always up for a weekend away!

Do you work alone or
do you have a team?

It's a one woman show over here. The only time I would bring someone else in is if the wedding is over 100 people. Then I would require a helper on the day of the wedding who will be billed at an hourly rate. This would all be discussed when we figure out your needs!

How many weddings
do you take on in a year?

I take on 15 weddings total. This is to allow total focus on each client and their event.

Will this be fun?

My main goal is for you to enjoy this season of wedding planning. I want to take away the stress and worry from the unknowns that come with planning a wedding and equip you to feel organized so that you always know what's next, what's completed, and give you the space to actually enjoy your engagement!
